By subscribing to Trackerjacker Pro you agree to these terms.

The service

Trackerjacker Pro adds open tracking and PDF Fill & Sign to your Gmail. Open tracking relies on tracking pixels and is inherently best-effort: opens where images are blocked (e.g. Apple Mail Privacy Protection or corporate scanners) cannot be detected, and prefetching can occasionally over-count. We make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy of open data.

Acceptable use

Use Trackerjacker only for email you are authorised to send, in compliance with Gmail's terms and applicable law (including anti-spam and privacy rules in your and your recipients' jurisdictions). Don't use it for unsolicited bulk mail, harassment, or deception.

Subscription & billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly ($9) or annually ($90) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal and retain access through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without warranty. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including reliance on open-tracking data.
